📋 Description

• Develop, curate, and manage a structured Instagram content calendar • Grow Instagram followers and engagement with emphasis on community impact • Produce, shoot, and edit engaging Reels showcasing NORY’s STEM programs • Optimize short-form video for reach, watch time, and retention • Write human-centered captions connecting NORY’s values to parents’ concerns • Translate technical curriculum themes into accessible weekly narratives • Design simple, brand-consistent graphics and carousels • Track engagement metrics, saves, shares, and direct-message inquiries • Interpret data trends and iterate the content strategy • Act as the primary storyteller for NORY, a STEM camp provider serving children in NYC and Boston

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success managing and growing brand Instagram accounts, ideally in parenting, education, pediatric, or family-focused spaces • Portfolio demonstrating expert-level short-form video editing in Reels/TikTok formats, baseline graphic design, and punchy copywriting • Personable, engaging, and empathetic storytelling style • Proactive self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment • Ability to take feedback constructively and use data to guide decisions • Application must include Instagram handles or links to content personally shot and edited • Application must include key metrics from past social media achievements • Resume and portfolio required
