📋 Description

• Support management of operational incidents by maintaining accurate and comprehensive incident records • Prepare detailed incident reports, post-incident reviews, root cause analysis findings and remediation plans • Coordinate and issue incident communications across the business during live incidents • Work with stakeholders to implement remediation plans, including communications with advisers, clients and other third parties • Document remediation calculation approaches to ensure consistent decisions and fair customer outcomes • Provide analysis and reporting of incident root causes for senior management reporting and continuous improvement • Report on incident and remediation trends, performance metrics and remediation initiative progress • Support incident response exercises with the Incident Management and Operational Resilience team

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to define approach/calculations for new and complex remediations • Skilled at analysing data and themes to provide insight and drive improvements • Proficient at using Excel pivot tables • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation • Learning aptitude towards emerging technology and innovative use of available tools • Strong relationship building skills and collaboration experience with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to communicate at all levels and translate technical information into non-technical/business language • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision • Strong team player who is approachable, helpful, willing to go the extra mile, and enjoys collaborating with others • Strong understanding of operational processes, risk management and incident response within a highly regulated environment
