📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring a positive and exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. • Source, attract, and engage top talent through various platforms, networks, and creative outreach methods • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or recurring positions • Conduct screenings and interviews, ensuring high-quality candidate evaluation and alignment with company culture • Maintain accurate records and data in Workable (ATS) and other tracking tools. • Collaborate with global TA colleagues to share best practices and ensure process consistency

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or within an agency setting. • Proven stakeholder management experience - comfortable influencing and partnering with hiring managers. • Strong sourcing skills, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative methods. • Experience working in fast-paced environments; payments, fintech, or high-volume hiring experience a strong plus. • Fluency in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese
