📋 Description

• Analyzing loan requests, including borrower information, financial statements, collateral and tax returns for new and existing loans. • Assist underwriter in preparation of credit memorandum and credit review. • Perform site visits and member interviews for new loans and annual reviews. • Cultivates and retain business member accounts through effective customer service. • Assist in training of additional staff • Treats all co-workers and members with respect. • Supports, participates and volunteers in credit union member community activities, member relations and events that promotes member centric experiences. • Represents the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner. • Other related duties as assigned including but not limited to conducting forecast analysis, preparing credit memorandums for review and providing support to the loan officers • Maintains member and other sensitive information with confidentiality.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of commercial loan analysis experience with a financial institution. • Experience with commercial lending analysis software • Working knowledge and proficiency with commercial lending analysis software • Good understanding of NCUA regulations in Business Services. • Proficient with PC and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel. • Good organization and member service skills required. • Strong analytical skills and decisive decision – making skills. • Maintain confidentiality in all credit union matters.
