📋 Description

• Collaborating with customers and other team members to review and analysis of technical specifications • Validating the software produced by developers to ensure high quality and business value • Developing technical best practices and ensuring adherence to them • Defining Quality Assurance processes & tools for internal QA team as well as for the customer representatives • Conducting manual and automatic tests and analyzing the results • Validating non-functional requirements • Analyzing and reporting identified problems • Coaching and mentoring other QA team members • Defining, documenting and sharing best practices across project teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3 + years experience with Agile software development processes • Good commercial experience of testing techniques and practices • Good diagnostics and debugging skills • Base knowledge of software architecture • Experience with tools that help maximize work terms of content and structure, quality and efficiency • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Fluent in English. • Nice to have: Experience as a software tester on a variety of successfully delivered projects • Experience with Software Automation Framework, scripting languages, Object-Oriented Programming • Academic background in IT • Software Testing certifications such as ISTQB, BBST, etc.
