• Develop and implement supply acquisition strategies aligned with business demand and quality standards. • Manage the full acquisition funnel — sourcing, screening, selection, and hiring of suppliers. • Conduct market research to identify and prioritize supplier sources in new and existing geographies. • Analyze recruitment data and performance metrics to optimize acquisition channels and conversion rates. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Onboarding, QC, and People Ops teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. • Drive process automation and introduce innovative sourcing tools to maximize productivity.
• 1+ year of experience managing full-cycle recruitment or supply acquisition processes. • Proven ability to build and optimize sourcing and acquisition workflows. • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Proficient in ATS systems, recruitment CRMs, job platforms, and social media sourcing. • English level: Upper Intermediate (B2+) or higher. • Experienced with Google Sheets / Excel for tracking and reporting. • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining strategic focus.
