📋 Description

• Configure and support clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record software for Acute Care member clinics • Consult with members and internal staff to provide accurate, secure, and efficient workflow solutions • Focus on quality financial outcomes for member organizations • Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborate across departments on project implementations and member maintenance issues • Create and optimize technical documentation for process improvement and cross-functional alignment • Develop competency in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Beaker certification/proficiency • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented approach • Strong focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Ability to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to travel 10% nationally for on-site Go Live support based on business requirements
