📋 Description

• Support installers during first setups, live installs and troubleshooting runs • Help installers understand Tenant Power designs, meter setups and sign-off requirements • Collaborate with the OE Homes Delivery team to improve installation guides • Clarify kit setup, battery/inverter wiring, meter placement and data monitoring instructions • Prepare installers on technical requirements, approved kit lists and platform guides • Identify installation practices and issues affecting delays, missing data or go-live readiness • Feed installer questions and recurring issues back to design, training and standards teams • Prioritize properties or batches ready for smooth transition to live operation • Coach independent installers on Octopus standards and design intent • Connect housing associations, installers, supply chain, data and delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience supporting or delivering domestic solar PV and battery storage installations and necessary qualifications • Practical experience with battery commissioning, inverter setup, export settings and monitoring platforms • Relevant electrical background or qualification • Current BS 7671 / 18th Edition knowledge or competence • Ability to read approved designs, schematics, Bills of Materials and platform-specific installation guidance • Strong practical problem-solving skills • Ability to turn site issues into clear feedback for design, training, data and delivery teams • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, including overnight stays where required
