📋 Description

• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and benefits information. • Track PTO via TimeOffCloud, monitor leave requests, and reconcile time-off balances with Gusto and internal reports. • Support onboarding and offboarding workflows to ensure a seamless employee experience. • Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Manage and maintain compliance with local and remote employment regulations. • Coordinate with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. • Maintain up-to-date employee pay and benefit details in Gusto. • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and updates, providing clear communication and support. • Stay in sync with Operations to reflect real-time staffing and structural changes. • Act as a second set of eyes to catch and resolve discrepancies before they escalate. • Keep all reports simple, accurate, and easy to understand for decision-makers.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive HR Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources, with a proven track record in HR administration, payroll, and compliance. • Staffing Agency Background: Experience in a staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment agency is a strong plus. • Detail Obsession: You catch what others miss — accuracy and organization are second nature to you. • People-First Mindset: You believe HR exists to serve and support employees, not just enforce policies. You lead with empathy, fairness, and integrity. • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using tools like Gusto, TimeOffCloud, and Google Workspace for streamlined HR operations. • Discretion & Professionalism: Trusted to handle sensitive employee information with care and confidentiality. • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipates challenges, identifies opportunities to improve processes, and takes initiative to implement solutions. • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment where priorities shift and teamwork is key. • HUGE PLUS: Deep understanding of Philippine DOLE regulations and experience participating in the creation of employee benefits packages.
