📋 Description

• Translate complex technical concepts within digital transformation into clear language for non-technical audiences • Work closely with delivery and technical teams on industry trends and innovations • Assist bid managers with opportunity qualification, go/no-go decisions, and proposal structure • Collaborate with delivery teams and subject matter experts to gather technical information and specifications • Write and edit bid proposals aligned with client requirements and project objectives • Analyse tender requirements and tailor responses to client needs • Research clients, competitors, and industry trends • Review and proofread proposals for accuracy, consistency, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge in digital transformation services, such as user centred design, software development, and technical architecture • Background in technical writing • Deep UK government experience • Previous success in winning bids • Experience within digital transformation delivery roles, such as delivery manager, technical architect, or software developer within the UK public sector is a plus • Exceptional writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail • Strong analytical and research skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple proposal activities, and meet tight deadlines • Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new technologies and industries
