📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage caregiver and client schedules to ensure coverage and care plans are met • Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and other parties; resolve scheduling and care issues • Conduct follow-up calls with prospects and schedule consultations • Enter and update caregiver, client, and communications data into scheduling software • Maintain professionalism, adhere to legal and company requirements, collect feedback for improvement • Post and refresh job ads weekly; source candidates from platforms like Indeed and past applicant database • Contact applicants to screen, build rapport, schedule and reschedule interviews, assist with assessments and hiring paperwork via Docusign • Analyze recruiting metrics, monitor competitors, and apply recruiting trends to meet hiring targets

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred but not required: experience as a Virtual Assistant in scheduling or recruitment for a US home care/home health agency • At least college undergraduate • Excellent multitasking abilities and initiative-taking • Ability to act decisively, maintain discretion, and work independently with minimal direction • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Minimal or no accent in English) • Meet monthly hiring goal of 12-20 hires (for recruiter duties) • Respond promptly (within 5 minutes) to management team communications • Computer: Intel Core i3 (quad-core) or equivalent with CPU Benchmark Score of 2600+; minimum 8GB RAM; minimum 1GB available storage; Windows 8+ or Mac OS X 10.8+ • Internet: Primary home-owned DSL/Fiber/Cable download ≥15 Mbps and upload ≥2 Mbps; backup connection (LTE hotspot or home WiFi) with same minimum speeds • Backup power: gas/diesel generator, high-powered inverter (≥300W) or heavy-duty power banks (≥120,000 mAh) capable of powering computer and internet for 8–9 hours
