📋 Description

• Maintain scalable, high-quality components and services aligned with team and company goals • Monitor solutions facilitating online ordering, management, and transmission of high-value catering orders • Contribute to technical decision-making, solution design, and architecture • Address technical debt, reliability, and system performance • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions • Proactively monitor and improve system performance and resolve issues • Communicate with stakeholders during incidents to ensure alignment and prompt resolution • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and develop long-term solutions • Document and share knowledge to elevate the team’s technical expertise • Champion software development best practices, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement • Use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot extensively in daily workflow • Own the team’s delivery pipeline, code quality, testing standards, and deployment practices • Participate in on-call duties

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering post graduation • Experience with C# and .NET • Commercial experience with a front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue) • AWS Cloud experience • Experience writing unit tests and testable code • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges • Excellent judgment, seeking diverse perspectives and challenging assumptions • Ability to deliver constructive feedback • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Consistently meet sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency • Active participation in on-call duties is required
