📋 Description

• Learn the BrandX domain and technology stack and collaborate with brands, Finance partners, and Order Engineering teams • Own small-to-medium features end to end, from requirements through delivery • Write code to engineering standards and participate in code reviews • Build reliable, maintainable software with appropriate test coverage • Contribute to test coverage, CI, and deployment practices • Use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot as default development tools • Troubleshoot and debug production issues • Participate in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, game days, and training sessions • Join the on-call rotation, with responsibilities increasing as familiarity with systems grows • Build and maintain Dashboard, Admin, billing, invoicing, authentication, and Olo AI Assist functionality for restaurant technology customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 1 to 3 years of professional software engineering experience, or a strong portfolio of shipped projects • Working knowledge of C# and .NET, and comfort reading code you didn't write • Some experience building web UIs; React and TypeScript are used, but any modern framework is acceptable • Comfortable with SQL and relational data • Understanding of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing and when to use each • Daily use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, understanding the fundamentals underlying generated code, and enthusiasm for extending these tools • Ability to ask questions early, document work, and work with colleagues in other time zones
