Omnea’s platform handles the entire purchasing process: giving employees an easy place to make requests, automating the necessary approvals for the purchase to be made, and giving finance visibility on how money is being spent.

📋 Description

• Lead product strategy and execution across one or more core product areas of the Omnea platform. • Set strategy, grow and manage a team of product managers; hire, coach, and develop PMs. • Drive product planning, decision-making, and cross-functional communication across functions and leadership. • Ensure rapid learning and thoughtful shipping — balance speed with rigour. • Partner with go-to-market to support onboarding, growth, and customer feedback loops. • Define and evolve Omnea’s product development culture, rituals, values, and operating principles as the company scales. • Report into the VP of Product and work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to scale Omnea at pace. • Blend product vision, organizational scaling, and hands-on execution while leading a major surface area of the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing PMs. • Strong product strategy chops — able to define vision, sequence bets, and zoom into detail. • Track record of building and scaling product teams in high-growth or startup environments. • Experience hiring, coaching, and growing a team of high-performing product managers. • Lead with context, not control — coach PMs to think independently and execute well. • Excellent communicator with the ability to align stakeholders and drive clear decisions. • Deep care about product quality and a nose for what great looks like. • Experience partnering with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams. • Willingness to work in-person Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays at offices by Victoria station, London. • Role available only as a permanent (non-contractor) position; must be happy to be employed as a permanent employee. • Candidates must indicate visa/work-permit needs (work authorization in advertised location may be required).
