📋 Description

• Account Ownership: Manage a portfolio of ~50 enterprise brands and agencies across India, acting as their primary point of contact for all campaign needs. • Revenue Growth: Drive an annual order book through repeat campaigns, upsells, and cross-sells within assigned accounts. • Client Engagement: Meet key clients every month to strengthen relationships, present new solutions, and close ongoing opportunities. • Opportunity Mining: Identify new briefs, seasonal campaigns, and category-level initiatives to expand revenue from each client. • Collaboration: Work closely with Campaign Managers, the Creator Supply team, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless campaign delivery and client satisfaction. • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain a strong sales pipeline, weekly forecasts, and accurate CRM hygiene to ensure transparency and predictability in revenue. • Strategic Input: Provide market and client insights to the leadership team to shape product features, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. • Customer Success: Ensure retention and repeat orders by driving measurable outcomes and client delight across all campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in **Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or Key Account Handling** • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multi-crore sales targets. • Strong understanding of brand marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital campaign workflows. • Excellent relationship-building skills with CXO / marketing decision-makers. • Data-driven with experience in using CRM tools for forecasting and reporting. • Willingness to travel 10-15 days per month to meet clients across India. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
