📋 Description

• Design and own shared automation frameworks used by engineering teams across web, mobile, and backend services • Build and maintain infrastructure that runs automated test suites reliably at scale • Develop flaky-test detection and triage tooling • Partner with engineering teams to raise coverage and testing maturity • Embed quality practices into development workflows • Develop platforms for test-environment provisioning, data management, and parallelized execution • Define quality standards • Provide observability for coverage, pass rates, and run times • Maintain documentation and best practices for effective automated tests

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend/backend/platform engineering with a strong testing focus • Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or similar languages • Experience architecting test frameworks rather than just writing test cases • Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes and AWS • Experience with containerized test environments • Familiarity with API/integration testing • Familiarity with end-to-end testing for web and mobile, including React Native • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Drive and proactivity • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States • Must answer whether OnePay immigration sponsorship will be required
