📋 Description

• You lead IT projects that make a real impact – from Modern Workplace to cloud transformation. • You manage IT projects from planning to successful completion – in a structured, transparent way with a keen sense of priorities. • You coordinate internal teams and external service providers, ensuring schedule, budget and quality. • You analyze requirements together with the business units and translate them into technical implementation concepts. • You support rollouts, migrations and system implementations – including testing phases, acceptance and documentation. • You report regularly to stakeholders, identify risks early and take proactive measures. • In addition, you drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and methods in project management.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics (Information Systems) or a comparable qualification. • You have several years of experience in IT project management – ideally in an SME or international environment. • You bring solid technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications and interface management. • You are proficient with common PM methods (traditional/waterfall, hybrid or agile) and familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Project. • You demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, think in business terms and act in a solution-oriented way. • Certifications such as PRINCE2, IPMA or Scrum Master are a plus. • You speak fluent German and very good English – both written and spoken.
