📋 Description

• Deliver high-impact strategy projects across enterprise transformation, IT modernization, and organizational design • Conduct ERP readiness assessments and develop roadmaps • Advise clients on ERP-related decisions within broader transformation efforts • Collaborate with executives to define vision, evaluate options, and align technology investments with mission outcomes • Lead workshops, interviews, and executive briefings to build stakeholder consensus • Manage project teams’ delivery to scope and schedule across ERP implementation timelines, including design, data validation, testing, change management, and cutover activities • Help clients contextualize ERP challenges and decisions using relevant experience, product expertise, and practical solutions • Facilitate decision-making and clarify rationale and expected benefits • Collaborate with ERP transformation, Salesforce implementation, data services, change management, and strategy teams • Support methodology development, thought leadership, proposal writing, business development, and internal capability building

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management or consulting, with exposure to ERP-related projects • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations • Knowledge of and strategic experience with Workday or Oracle • Demonstrated projects in at least one solution area: Finance, HCM, or Student • Experience working with mission-driven organizations preferred • Ability to lead client engagements independently and collaboratively • Bachelor’s degree required • Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients • Experience supporting sales and business development • Flexibility to travel periodically based on business and client needs • Advanced degree or certifications such as PMP, Prosci, or ERP-specific certifications are a plus
