📋 Description

• Own a defined territory, building your own pipeline from the ground up • Shape each opportunity, and steer it all the way to a signed mandate • Focus on landing net-new clients and exceeding aggressive revenue targets • Engage in cold prospecting, disciplined outreach, and client meetings

🎯 Requirements

• A demonstrated track record of external business development into the Banking sector (cold calling, pipeline build, CRM management) • Experience selling into regional and community banks is key • Knowledge of asset-liability management, fixed income, balance sheet strategy, and hedging • Experience selling into the C-suite and senior decision-makers • Solid commercial understanding of finance and the broader financial services landscape • Strong strategic sales planning with a record of beating target • Confident with contracts, negotiating, and change management • Product demonstration experience
