📋 Description

• Interface directly with customers, providing expert advice and indirect leadership in cyber security • Deliver proactive cyber security support and guidance • Help customers optimize security defenses and mitigate risks • Use Microsoft security products to provide tailored recommendations and solutions • Build and nurture strong customer relationships • Help customers understand, adopt, and continuously improve their security posture • Align Ontinue’s capabilities with customer environments, goals, and risk profiles • Identify opportunities to strengthen defenses and address emerging threats • Stay current with cyber security trends, attacker tradecraft, and best practices • Support customers throughout the full lifecycle of the service, from onboarding onward

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of cyber security experience • Proven track record of providing advisory services to clients or internal stakeholders • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of business • Strong understanding of Microsoft security products and technologies • Proficiency in Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, KQL, and the Microsoft Defender suite or related product lines • Deep understanding of attacker tradecraft and security hardening techniques • Fluent in English • Scripting/programming skills to automate security tasks and processes (nice to have) • Experience in incident response and threat hunting (nice to have) • Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra (nice to have) • Background in network and system administration (nice to have) • Experience in the managed security services industry (nice to have)
