📋 Description

• Report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition • Independently drive high-volume candidate pipelines through application review, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral campaigns, and creative sourcing methods • Conduct approximately 70% outbound recruiting • Own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing and coordinating through screening and hand-off for onboarding • Manage 7–10 requisitions and match candidates to the appropriate roles • Serve as the subject matter expert for legal recruiting • Develop ideas and processes to attract lawyers to Ontra’s unique openings • Support Ontra’s growing legal hiring needs across three legal labor sources

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle legal recruiting experience required • Ideally, some experience in a high-volume agency environment • Working knowledge of recruiting technologies and sourcing tools, including Greenhouse or Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GSuite • Ability to connect, engage, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business and legal candidates at all levels • Ability to think strategically, solve problems intuitively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and priorities • Driven by deadlines and energized by meeting and exceeding targets • Candidates prioritized who live in the NYC metropolitan area or are willing to work East Coast hours • Must reside and work in an eligible hiring location • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the particular location
