OpenFiskal is a SaaS product that helps Shopify POS merchants comply with fiscalization rules in Germany and Austria (TSE/KassenSichV and RKSV/FinanzOnline). It integrates with Shopify POS to digitally sign receipts, produce paper and digital receipts with required QR codes, generate audit-ready Z-reports and cash books, export reports for accountants, and ensure offline-safe transaction signing. The service targets retailers and tax advisors, simplifying compliance, reducing accounting effort, and providing automated reporting and printer-independent operation.

📋 Description

• Activate agencies and service partners so they confidently recommend OpenFiskal • Support merchant activation and help turn interest into installs • Keep key ecosystem stakeholders informed about launches, wins, and progress across markets • Prepare early activation for new markets before product launch • Coordinate webinars, partner sessions, and small ecosystem events • Own follow ups and keep external conversations moving • Act as a reliable point of contact for ecosystem questions • Share insights with product and engineering to improve adoption and clarity

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in SaaS, ecommerce or retail tech • A proactive doer who enjoys execution and ownership • Clear and confident communicator in English and German • Comfortable talking to merchants, agencies, and partners • Organized and reliable with strong follow up habits • Curious and eager to learn about retail, POS and compliance topics • Able to work independently without heavy structure • Experience with Shopify is helpful but not required
