• Plan, manage, and execute OpenSesame’s trade show and field event calendar • Translate integrated campaign strategies into actionable event plans • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Operations on targeting, messaging, and pipeline goals • Manage booth logistics, contract negotiations, venue sourcing, staff scheduling, travel coordination, shipping, promotional materials, and vendors • Build pre-event preparation materials and coordinate booth and meeting staffing schedules • Equip sales representatives and partner managers to maximize onsite meetings and follow-ups • Manage event budgets and track MQLs, meeting volume, pipeline contribution, and cost-per-lead • Report event performance against budget and targets for manager review • Integrate AI tools into event communications, promotional copy, event summaries, and administrative workflows • Complete event operations audits and assume ownership of active event logistics • Standardize field-event sales enablement and post-event follow-up processes • Contribute event performance data, ROI insights, partner participation, event proposals, budget needs, and partner opportunities to future strategy • Create a scalable event request and evaluation rubric for event sponsorship opportunities • Report to the Manager of Integrated Campaigns and work alongside the Field Marketing Manager
• Proven examples from your career demonstrating the ability to perform this job • Demonstrated experience building systems, driving alignment, and creating impact at scale • High-energy, detail-oriented approach to project management • Ability to execute trade shows and live events end to end • Ability to manage event logistics, vendors, contracts, venues, staffing, travel, shipping, and promotional materials • Ability to manage event budgets and track event performance metrics • Ability to use AI-enabled tools and integrate them into daily workflows • Willingness and ability to travel as an essential and required part of the position • Approximately 10 event trips per year, typically 3–4 days each • Ability to attend mandatory all-company meetings several times a year • Ability to complete required team travel of up to 15 days per year as necessary
