• Handle multiple requisitions at once across operations, customer support, sales, and entry-level roles. • Create and maintain organized, predictable pipelines that support continual hiring needs. • Find candidates using active and passive sourcing strategies, such as LinkedIn outreach, groups, job boards, niche communities, and referral programs. • Engage talent through personalized, high-volume outreach that drives strong response rates. • Conduct initial screenings to assess skill fit, communication, and alignment with role expectations. • Work with hiring teams to understand role priorities, ideal profiles, and volume demands. • Track all recruiting activities in ATS tools such as Manatal or Workable. • Identify inefficiencies in the recruiting process and suggest enhancements for scale.
• 2-5 years experience in high-volume recruiting or startup hiring. • Experience sourcing globally or recruiting offshore talent. • Strong written and verbal English (B2/C1 level). • Ability to work quickly while staying organized and accurate. • Proficiency with spreadsheets and ATS systems. • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
