• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles (operations, entry-level, offshore, and support). • Source top talent through creative channels LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, and direct outreach. • Build and manage candidate pipelines with clear metrics and predictable hiring velocity. • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and prioritize hiring needs. • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience communicate promptly, clearly, and professionally. • Use data and tools (Airtable, Google Sheets, ATS systems like Manatal or Workable) to track performance and hiring metrics. • Continuously optimize the recruiting process for efficiency and scalability. • Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Client Success to support account growth and staffing demands.
• 2-5 years of experience in high-volume or startup recruitment. • Have worked in remote-first or fast-scaling companies and know how to build from scratch. • Move with urgency and ownership you treat recruiting like sales: pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions. • Are resourceful you get things done even with lean tools and systems. • Communicate with confidence, clarity, and warmth both internally and externally. • Experience recruiting international or offshore talent.
