• Ser el responsable de todo el ciclo de reclutamiento para roles de alto volumen (operaciones, nivel de entrada, offshore y soporte) • Buscar talentosos a través de canales creativos: LinkedIn, bolsas de trabajo, referencias, comunidades y contacto directo • Construir y gestionar pipelines de candidatos con métricas claras y velocidad de contratación predecible • Colaborar con los gerentes de contratación para definir los requisitos del rol, refinar descripciones de trabajo y priorizar necesidades de contratación • Asegurar una experiencia excepcional para los candidatos: comunicar de manera oportuna, clara y profesional • Usar datos y herramientas (Airtable, Google Sheets, sistemas ATS como Manatal o Workable) para rastrear desempeño y métricas de contratación • Optimizar continuamente el proceso de reclutamiento para eficiencia y escalabilidad • Colaborar de manera transversal con Operaciones y Éxito del Cliente para apoyar el crecimiento de cuentas y demandas de personal
• 2-5 años de experiencia en reclutamiento de alto volumen o en startups • Haber trabajado en empresas remotas o en rápido crecimiento y saber cómo construir desde cero • Actuar con urgencia y responsabilidad • Ser ingenioso y lograr resultados incluso con herramientas y sistemas limitados • Comunicar con confianza, claridad y calidez tanto interna como externamente • Experiencia en reclutamiento de talento internacional u offshore
