📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional Scrum team of software and QA engineers, ensuring high-quality end-to-end feature delivery; • Own the technical direction for your domain by driving architecture decisions, defining coding standards, and maintaining a sustainable approach to technical debt; • Design, develop, and evolve scalable, cloud-native applications built on a distributed, event-driven microservices architecture; • Build and maintain modern web applications using .NET Core, Azure Services, and the React ecosystem; • Collaborate closely with architects, product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver valuable product outcomes; • Facilitate architecture reviews and ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and reliability are considered from the design phase; • Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, knowledge sharing, and continuous feedback;

🎯 Requirements

• A software engineer with 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with C# and .NET Core; • An experienced Tech Lead with 2+ years of technical leadership experience building complex software solutions, ideally within SaaS products; • Experienced in designing and building microservices and RESTful APIs using cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP; • Proficient with Azure SQL Database (or other relational databases) and Entity Framework Core; • Strong in software architecture, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and modern engineering best practices; • Experience working with distributed or remote engineering teams; • Passionate about mentoring engineers, growing team capability, and creating an environment where people can succeed; • Fluent in English (B2–C1+).
