📋 Description
• Work directly with the company’s founders and help shape both the product and technical direction • Build across the stack and ship features quickly • Utilize various testing strategies to deliver high quality, robust code • Design maintainable, scalable backend software components • Implement integrations with third-party APIs • Diagnose and address performance issues
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years experience as a backend or full-stack engineer building web applications • 3+ years experience with Python and Django • Demonstrated knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals • Maturity, self-awareness, empathy, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
