📋 Description

• Serve as osapiens’ technical voice for an industry vertical: Healthcare & Utilities • Partner with Account Executives to translate compliance and efficiency requirements into a clear value vision for the osapiens HUB • Apply industry knowledge of regulatory pressures, supply chains, ERP landscapes, and peer benchmarks • Carry industry intelligence back into Product to sharpen the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales, tech-focused consulting, or sales engineering for B2B enterprise SaaS • Clear footprint in the target industry • Understanding of the industry value chain, operating model, regulatory pressures, and digital landscape • Ownership of complex enterprise deals end-to-end, including POCs and security reviews • Comfortable with deal sizes above €250K • Technical fluency in REST APIs, SAP, identity management (SSO), cloud architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and basic data modeling • Business acumen connecting regulatory or operational pain to ROI, TCO, and deployment roadmaps • Routine use of AI for research, demo preparation, and RFP work • Proactive, structured, and calm under pressure • German at native/near-native level required • English fluency required • Based in the DACH region, or elsewhere in Europe with willingness to travel approximately 25–35% to clients across the region
