📋 Description
• Troubleshoot and analyze Workday security issues with HR business • Partner with various HRT Leads and cross functional teams to gather requirements • Deep knowledge of Workday security configuration to recommend, streamline and simplify security roles • Respond to all Workday related audits and ensure compliance with WD governance model • Lead /facilitate discussions with cross functional teams and key stakeholders as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in Workday Security Configuration and Administration • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical environment with strong ability to configure Workday HR/Security knowledge in a global workspace • Experience with security and compliance audits required • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Workday Pro Security certification preferred
