📋 Description
• Provide day-to-day management and training of field staff • Ensure all aspects of field safety across your engineers/mechanics • Direct the performance of field maintenance and contractual service operations • Conduct field education training with your engineers • Maintain customer quality assurance
🎯 Requirements
• Experienced in service delivery and field management • Able to engage with a team of field based engineers • Elevator/lift/Vertical Transportation industry experience is desired, but not required • Excellent communication skills and leadership skills • Strong computer and technology skills
