📋 Description

• Design project plans according to each client’s unique needs to drive satisfaction, product adoption, and renewal rates after implementation • Secure stakeholder buy-in and drive accountability across teams • Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to project milestones and implementation timelines • Oversee custom and technical deliverables with Solutions Services, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product teams • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to provide a cohesive implementation experience • Resolve implementation issues promptly • Map existing client workflows and re-engineer them into streamlined Ottimate solutions • Eliminate manual bottlenecks and maximize AI-driven automation

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing complex client deployments and platform implementations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment • Consultative approach to software implementation and ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions • Technical knowledge relevant to the industries and solutions being implemented • Strong ownership and proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build strong client relationships and convey complex information effectively • Strong project management skills covering end-to-end execution, timeline management, and stakeholder communications • Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management • Experience managing high-impact projects • Ability to travel up to 10%
