📋 Description
• Identify, pursue and develop new business areas in construction and adjacent sectors • Identify, design and build project business opportunities • Manage key accounts with architects, owners and property developers • Conduct market and competitor analyses • Develop and implement customer development strategies • Build partnerships and networks through participation in guild events, trade fairs and industry meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable field • Alternatively, completed vocational training in a skilled trade with commercial further education • Experience in project business within construction-related sectors • Analytical skills and strategic thinking • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Independent and team-oriented working style • Willingness to travel and flexibility • Confident user of Office 365 • Resident in Germany
