⢠Build and expand a European supplier network for used vehicles (including OEMs, leasing companies, fleet operators, dealerships, and remarketing partners). ⢠Identify, approach, and onboard new suppliers to support our remarketing and wholesale operations. ⢠Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, performance reviews, and process optimization. ⢠Analyze sourcing markets and define strategies to increase vehicle availability and portfolio diversity. ⢠Collaborate closely with internal teams (Remarketing, Sales, Product, Data) to streamline supplier processes, interfaces, and data flows. ⢠Develop and implement data-driven sourcing strategies to improve transparency, availability, and cost efficiency. ⢠Monitor and report key KPIs (e.g., sourcing volume, activation rate, conversion, supplier performance) to management and stakeholders.
⢠Several years of experience in sourcing, remarketing, or B2B vehicle trading, ideally with OEMs, leasing companies, fleet operators, or digital platforms. ⢠Strong networking and supplier acquisition skills within the European used-car ecosystem. ⢠Excellent strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills, combined with a solid understanding of digital business models. ⢠Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus. ⢠A proactive, communicative, and hands-on work attitude with a collaborative mindset.
