• Department: Sales • Reports to: EVP of CX & BPO Advisory • Location: Remote/Hybrid • Status: Full Time, Exempt • This role will leverage your PE value creation relationships to drive results with our proven PortCo approach in the Customer Experience (CX) labor and tech space. • This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role with clear revenue goals and strong internal support. • Drive sufficient volume to result in $2.5M in company revenue. • Help continuously refine our PE strategy to stay aligned with changing market conditions.
• Established relationships with value creation teams at buy-out private equity firms. • Proven success selling through PE firms into their portfolio companies. • Ability and willingness to develop new PE relationships and expand your network. • Strong executive presence and communication skills. • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and tailor messaging to both the sponsor and operator audience. • Background in BPO or Customer Experience (CX) services. • Understanding of how CX impacts operational performance in high-growth companies. • Familiarity with financial advisory or tech-enabled services. • Comfort selling to both strategic and operational stakeholders.
