• Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms • Schedule and coordinate sales presentations or site walk-throughs with potential clients • Develop and send customized cleaning service proposals • Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships • Support the sales team in closing service agreements and preparing onboarding documents • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
