• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in music sales, brand partnerships, public relations, social media marketing, or artist management preferred, ideally within the music or entertainment industry. • Proven ability to pitch creatively via phone, social media (Linkedin), and written proposals; capable of securing collabs, sponsorships, and music licensing opportunities with record labels, media producers, and agencies. • High-energy, upbeat, and non-monotone with a bubbly, positive attitude; self-starter who thrives in fast-paced creative spaces & inspires enthusiasm in others when engaging with artists, fans, and partners. • Experience with video editing and design tools (CapCut, Canva); familiar with social media trends and audience engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. • Ability to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and outreach pipelines with strong attention to detail and follow-through. • Skilled at coordinating interviews, preparing press releases, and assembling media kits; understanding of entertainment publicity and securing coverage across podcasts, print, & broadcast. • Genuine passion for music that uplifts and empowers; motivated by faith-centered artistry and meaningful storytelling that blends commercial goals with positive messaging.
