📋 Description

• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct daily outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and referral sources using a structured call script to generate leads and nurture relationships. • Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule appointments for real estate agents with motivated buyers and sellers, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients. • CRM Management & Follow-Ups: Maintain and update the CRM with detailed notes on lead interactions, set follow-up reminders, and ensure no opportunity is missed. • Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Engage with leads through consistent follow-ups via phone, email, and text to build relationships and convert prospects into clients. • Market Research & Targeting: Identify key neighborhoods, demographic groups, and untapped markets to enhance lead generation efforts based on local real estate trends. • Referral Network Development: Proactively connect with past clients, local businesses, and industry professionals to expand the referral base and increase inbound leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Real Estate Experience: 2.5-5 years in real estate lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing, preferably in a fast-paced residential real estate environment. • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, persuasive speaking skills, and the ability to establish rapport with prospects quickly. • Appointment Setting Expertise: Proven ability to qualify leads and successfully schedule high-quality appointments for real estate agents. • CRM & Tech Proficiency: Experience using real estate CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss, KVCore, or similar) to track and manage leads effectively. • Follow-Up & Persistence: Skilled at handling objections, maintaining consistent follow-ups, and using strategic touchpoints to convert cold leads into clients. • Goal-Oriented & Results-Driven: Ability to meet and exceed lead generation and conversion targets while working independently in a remote or office setting.
