📋 Description

• Provide effective technical direction and define and document the overarching architecture of the platform. • Ensure code quality. • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers. • Assist with the professional development of team members in conjunction with senior leadership. • Consistently producing well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices. • Leading your team and working effectively with others to fully harness the talent and work of the entire group. • Developing software solutions that prioritize customer experience. • Effectively translating customer requirements into functional code.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies. • Strong knowledge of web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java). • Experience with database systems, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). • Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. • Solid knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, and RESTful API principles. • Leadership skills sufficient to obtain quality and productivity from a small team. • Interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with clients and other stakeholders.
