📋 Description

• Manage products, variants, collections, tags, inventory, metafields and other catalogue information in Shopify • Process returns, refunds, cancellations, order amendments and other customer requests • Provide timely and professional customer support • Review order issues and fraud flags, escalating or resolving matters according to established processes • Set up and maintain discounts, promotional pricing, price lists and Shopify promotional activities • Assist with Shopify Markets, tax settings, shipping profiles and operational configurations • Support Shopify integrations, troubleshoot issues and maintain existing applications • Complete bulk catalogue updates using CSV imports/exports and Shopify bulk editing tools • Support merchandising and basic SEO requirements • Maintain process documentation, meet operational deadlines, provide status updates and identify Shopify workflow improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Shopify experience, preferably supporting established e-commerce brands • Strong knowledge of Shopify Admin, including products, orders, inventory, collections, discounts, markets, shipping and associated applications • High level of written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to professionally manage customer enquiries • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy across high-volume, repetitive administrative tasks • Strong organisational and time-management skills • Confidence to ask clarifying questions, document processes and report on deliverables on time
