📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. • Utilize Restaurant 365 software to track financial performance and ensure compliance with all regulations. • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements to inform management of performance metrics. • Oversee inventory management and cost tracking to support effective financial planning. • Assist with budget preparation and forecasting to promote financial growth. • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and tax purposes. • Collaborate with management to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in the restaurant industry. • Proficiency in Restaurant 365 software and other accounting tools. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and management. • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance related to the restaurant sector.
