📋 Description

• Join Oviva’s Data Platform team and shape how data is collected, modeled, and served across the organization • Build reliable, scalable data systems from source ingestion through end-to-end data products • Design and implement scalable data pipelines, transformation layers, and data products with clear documentation • Define best practices for testing, data modeling, CI/CD pipelines, and data quality frameworks • Collaborate with analytics, data science, and product engineering to translate business goals into technical designs • Monitor pipeline health and optimize data infrastructure for reliability and performance • Support team growth through code reviews, technical pairing, and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional data engineering experience with a proven track record of designing end-to-end data systems • Solid expertise in SQL and Python • Experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift • Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt • Practical experience building and operating batch or streaming pipelines • Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster • Ability to write clear technical specifications • Ability to explain complex trade-offs to technical and non-technical colleagues • Preferred but not required: experience with streaming architectures, infrastructure-as-code, or high-growth health-tech environments • Eligible to work in the country listed as the role location
