📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain project cost controls • Monitor, evaluate, and update project cost data and budgeted amounts • Generate project progress charts and cost reports • Support forecasting of time and cost problems using trending information • Develop and execute measurement systems to process, analyze, and identify improvements • Develop and update resource-loaded construction schedules • Verify scope changes and estimate costs using contract terms • Provide cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting for concrete construction projects • Implement corporate cost control measures and assist project teams with managing project budgets • Travel to project sites as required • Work in a fast-paced project environment with no supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• At least an Associate’s degree from a two-year college or university in Business or Engineering • At least one year of jobsite construction experience • Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite • Proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
