🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and three (3) or more years of experience in active construction recruitment practices • Experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems and candidate recruitment tools (LinkedIn, etc.) is required • Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheets, software and e-mail • Excellent communication skills • Energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment • Passion for collaboration and professional development
