• Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, solutions, or sales in the warehouse automation industry • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the packaging industry, particularly the role of distributors in the supply chain. • Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-level partnerships and driving significant revenue growth through strategic collaborations. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. • Negotiation Skills: Strong experience in negotiating complex contracts and partnership agreements. • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market data, industry trends, and partner performance to drive strategic decision-making. • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
