📋 Description

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with standards, guidelines, and regulations. • Oversees quality care and operational functioning of the facility. • Monitors census and budget projections. • Develop and maintain written policies and procedures for operation. • Ensure all employees, residents and families are treated with respect. • Participate in community groups and maintain relationships with hospital leadership. • Resolve HR issues and manage risks within the facility. • Participate in advisory committees and oversee capital improvements. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and develop a stellar reputation in the community.

🎯 Requirements

• Must possess, as a minimum, A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent. • Master’s Degree or MBA preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products. • Must maintain licensing credentials for an Administrator.
