📋 Description

• Own product marketing for the Billing product group • Report to the VP of Product Marketing • Build customer and market insight through research, customer conversations, usage signals, competitive intelligence, and commercial feedback • Define positioning, messaging, segmentation, proof points, and the product story • Lead launches, commercial initiatives, and change programs from strategy through readiness, channel activation, adoption, advocacy, and learning • Build go-to-market plans with defined audiences, owners, trade-offs, and measures • Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Support on priorities, packaging, enablement, and customer outcomes • Equip commercial teams and partners with stories, talk tracks, proof, and practical guidance • Bring market insight into product, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market decisions • Set objectives and measures for adoption, retention, and commercial impact • Use data and opportunity sizing to make practical recommendations • Use AI for research, synthesis, analysis, competitive intelligence, workflow automation, and product marketing quality

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of bringing complex B2B, fintech, payments, billing, infrastructure, or platform products to market • Experience leading high-impact launches, migrations, packaging changes, or commercial initiatives with measurable results • Strong customer discovery, segmentation, positioning, storytelling, and commercial judgement • Ability to connect product detail to outcomes such as growth, retention, efficiency, flexibility, and confidence • Comfort working with technical, product, finance, operations, sales, solutions, support, and executive audiences • Experience across launches, enablement, adoption, change management, measurement, competitive insight, and customer advocacy • Examples of using AI, agents, or automation to improve speed, quality, or insight • Authorization to work in the country where the role is advertised, without sponsorship
