📋 Description

• Lead initiatives to automate operational processes and reduce manual effort while increasing reliability, scalability, and security • Design, implement, and optimise integrations across business-critical IT and security systems • Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code for identity, network, and security tooling • Develop CI/CD pipelines for safe and auditable change delivery • Champion compliance with industry best practices and security standards, including CIS Benchmarks • Support GRC control implementation and audit evidence gathering • Collaborate with stakeholders on projects aligned with the Enterprise Technology roadmap • Contribute to secure configuration and monitoring of AWS cloud infrastructure • Work with the Platform team to deliver scalable and reliable security initiatives • Maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases • Mentor and support engineers across InfoSec, IT, and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in systems engineering, site reliability engineering, security engineering, or software development • Strong track record of hands-on delivery in both IT and security domains • Experience working collaboratively across multiple business functions and autonomously on high-impact projects • Strong knowledge of systems integration and automation • Awareness of industry standards and frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks, SOC 2, and PCI DSS • Experience implementing compliance controls in real-world environments • Strong cloud security expertise, including identity management, resource configuration, and monitoring • Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, including containerised workloads and cloud-native deployment paradigms is highly desirable • Familiarity with modern device management, IAM, and EDR solutions such as Okta, Iru, Island, and SentinelOne • Familiarity with collaboration and networking tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Cloudflare Zero Trust • Software engineering background is desirable, with scripting or programming experience for workflow automation and systems integration • Hands-on experience writing and operating Infrastructure-as-Code; Terraform strongly preferred • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Passion for security, automation, and operational excellence
