• Define the operational backbone of the business and influence commercial direction • Drive GTM strategies balancing operational rigour with strategic foresight • Act as a trusted partner to the CRO and CMO • Own the design of Paddle’s GTM operating model including quotas and sales compensation programs • Establish standards for forecasting and pipeline management disciplines • Lead GTM enablement strategies and initiatives with clear ownership and progress tracking • Partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, and Customer teams
