📋 Description

• Develop paddy’s agent architecture • Operate AI systems in production with evals, guardrails, and AI observability • Ensure the quality, cost efficiency, and latency of AI features • Own end-to-end feature development, from understanding the problem through to the finished solution and deployment • Validate how solutions work in everyday school life and in the classroom • Speak with teachers and identify real needs • Make product decisions collaboratively with Product and Design • Drive testing, monitoring, and clean architecture • Identify risks early and consciously manage technical debt

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience working with digital products and real users • Experience building and operating LLM features or agentic systems in production • Understanding of model failures, RAG, evals, and vector databases • Strong skills in API design, data modeling, and full-stack development across backend and frontend • Ownership and sound judgment when addressing open-ended problems and complex questions • Comfortable using coding agents and modern AI tools as part of your everyday workflow • Fluent in German and highly proficient in English • Experience with the following tech stack: Next.js, Drizzle, Postgres, Tailwind, Zod, React Native, Expo, EAS, React Query, Vercel AI SDK, promptfoo, LiteLLM, Arize Phoenix, pgVector, DigitalOcean, Scaleway, Open Telekom Cloud, or Azure
